Built in 1956, original owner Duane Nuechterlein.

Mr. Nuechterlein saw the plan in Sunset Magazine,labeled as the “Home of the Year”. Original was built in San Jose California. Duane adapted the plans himself to accommodate Michigan weather. Built by Norman Walters of Auburn in 1955.
