The basic plan for this beautiful redwood-sided Mid-Century Modern ranch was conceived by the original owners, Vicki and Harold Leigeb in 1968. Their neighbor, James (Jim) Robertson reviewed the plans, and suggested a few changes. Ernie Goodshaw was the builder.
After graduating from MSU and serving in the military, Mr. Robertson worked at Nehil Lumber as a designer, and then owned and operated James K. Robertson Designer and Midland Blueprint. He also served on the Midland Planning Commission. The Leigeb Residence is one of 10 structures in the MCMM database credited to Mr. Robertson.
