Dottie and Gary Allen had the house designed and built for them. Mrs. Allen’s cousin, Leo Perry AIA from Detroit, came up with the basic floor plan and sited it on the lot. Then Mr. Allen hired Jack Feagley to do the detail drawings. The builder was Gregory Construction of Bay City.
