In 1958 Blackhurst Reality engaged Alden B. Dow’s firm, known then as Alden B. Dow, Inc., to create five modest house designs they could modify and duplicate. In total, 14 homes were built using one of these designs, with modifications for the future owners.
This home was designed in 1961 by Bob Bell of AB Dow, Inc. and built in 1962.
